Your wedding photography should feel simple, organised and enjoyable.
As a bilingual French-English wedding photographer based in the French Pyrenees, I offer two services: half day or full day, plus an option of communication with local suppliers
Our first conversation
This isn’t a formal consultation where you have to arrive with all the answers. If you’re still figuring things out, that’s completely fine. We’ll start with a relaxed conversation, usually by video call. I want to hear about you, your plans and the kind of wedding you’re creating. We’ll talk about:
- your venue and location
- the number of guests
- your ceremony
- the atmosphere you’re hoping for
- what matters most to you
- the photographs you’d particularly love to have
- your approximate wedding-day schedule
Your photography proposal
After our conversation, I’ll send you a personalised proposal with the photography coverage, what is included and practical information including paiement arrangements. Once you’ve decided to go ahead, your date is secured with the signed agreement and booking payment.
Getting to know you
The relationship between photographer and couple matters. I don’t want you to meet me for the first time on your wedding morning. We’ll stay in touch during your planning, and I’ll be available for questions relating to your photography. I’ll also ask you to complete a wedding questionnaire closer to the day. This helps me understand the people, moments and details that are important to you.
Your wedding timeline
Around the final weeks before your wedding, we’ll go through the final photography timeline together. I’ll make recommendations where I think a small change could give you better light, more relaxed photographs or simply more time to enjoy yourselves. But you remain in control. We’ll look at:

During your wedding
Getting ready
I’ll begin documenting the atmosphere rather than simply photographing a checklist of objects: THE dress, flowers, hands helping with buttons, your family arriving, the nervous laughter, the quiet moments before everything begins…
Your ceremony
During the ceremony, I work as discreetly as possible, easy given I’m only five foot two! You shouldn’t feel that you’re performing for the camera. I’m looking for emotion, relationships and the little interactions happening around the main event.
Family & group photographs
Yes, we’ll take the photographs that your family will want. But I keep this part organised and efficient, so a list is drawn prior to the day. The aim is to get the important group photographs done without allowing them to take over your wedding day but also so we don’t forget any essential photo.
Your couple photographs
This is one of the few moments when I’ll deliberately take you away from your guests. But it won’t feel like a traditional photoshoot. We’ll walk, talk and take a little time together. I’ll guide you when necessary, but I won’t ask you to spend the day performing for the camera. My aim is for you to look like yourselves.
The reception
I’ll photograph the atmosphere as it naturally unfolds: the speeches, laughter, tears, hugs, conversations, children playing, grandparents watching, glasses being raised and all the unexpected moments in between. These photographs often become some of the most precious images in your gallery.
The evening
Depending on your chosen coverage, I’ll stay into the evening to capture: first dances, dancing, celebrations, friends and family, atmospheric details, those wonderfully unpredictable moments that happen once everyone relaxes.
After your wedding
Your photographs
After the wedding, I carefully select and edit your photographs, looking for the images that tell the complete story of your day. Every selected image is individually edited to create a coherent, natural and timeless gallery. You’ll receive your photographs through a private online gallery that you can easily share with family and friends.Then I’ll send ALL the files directly to you, no need to make a difficult selection!
Your wedding album
If you’ve chosen an album, we’ll work together to select the photographs that tell your story. I’ll design the album so that it feels like a complete narrative rather than simply a collection of favourite photographs. Your wedding shouldn’t disappear into a digital folder. It deserves to be something you can hold, revisit and pass on.

A little extra help when you’re planning your wedding from abroad
Planning a wedding in France from the UK or another English-speaking country can sometimes mean navigating a French-speaking wedding team.
If you’d like, I can offer additional bilingual support with your local suppliers alongside your wedding photography.
Because I speak both French and English fluently and understand both cultures, I can help make communication easier and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.
Before your wedding
With your agreement, I can communicate with relevant French-speaking suppliers about the photography side of your wedding, including:
- your venue
- wedding planner or coordinator
- celebrant
- florist
- hair and makeup team
- caterer
- videographer
- DJ or musicians
For example, I can help clarify timings, access to the venue, ceremony arrangements, photography locations, group photographs and the best moments for your couple portraits.
I’ll also take the information provided by your suppliers into account when preparing your photography timeline.
During your wedding
On the day itself, I’ll communicate comfortably with your French-speaking suppliers when something needs coordinating from a photography perspective. I’ll work alongside your existing wedding team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You won’t have to worry about translating a last-minute question or explaining your photography plans in French.
What this service isn’t
This isn’t wedding planning or coordination. Your wedding planner or venue remains responsible for organising your event.
My role is specifically to bridge the French-English communication gap where it relates to your photography and the smooth running of the photographic part of your day.

It’s particularly useful if:
- you’re planning your wedding from the UK or another country other than France;
- your venue or suppliers mainly speak French;
- you’re not confident communicating in French;
- you don’t have a wedding planner;
- you simply want the reassurance of having someone bilingual on your side.
