I’m French and English, I love art, photography, mountains and people. I notice things. I care about emotion. I’m discreet, I’m quite quirky, and I’ll make sure you have beautiful photographs without making your wedding about photography. That’s probably the simplest way to tell you who I am.
A French-English wedding photographer with a story to tell
I got married in England in the beautiful county of Dorset. That wasn’t the plan all along, originally we wanted a destination wedding, on a paradise island, but in the end we chose the english jurassic coast, less far but also gorgeous, and that’s where my husband had lived and proposed :)) It was just fab, only issue was the photographer. We had agreed a reportage style photography, spontaneous and discreete, no poses – it was just before 2000 and wedding photography then was rather more traditional. However on D day, the photographer was overbearing and we spent most of the cocktail doing very formal group photos arghhhh. When I became a wedding photographer, I swore I would never do that!!! You live it I photograph it!
From France to London — and back to the French Pyrenees
My story has always been a little bit between two worlds. After Uni I moved to London and fell in love with the English language, British culture — and my English husband! Years later, we came back to France with our young family, looking for a different pace of life, more space and more time outdoors.
Today we’re based in the French Pyrenees, surrounded by mountains, with our wonderfully Franco-English family — and our English Cocker Spaniel 🙂 So if you’re planning your wedding from the UK or another english-speaking country, you’ll have someone who understands both sides: English, French or a mixture of both — whatever feels natural to you!
Beautiful images, real emotions
I love the artistic side of photography — beautiful light, colour, composition, movement and atmosphere. Yes I love a beautifully made photograph. But I also love the photograph that wasn’t planned at all. The one that makes you stop because something in it feels real.
Yes, for me, a photograph becomes truly beautiful when there is something real inside it: a look, a gesture, a laugh, a tear, a connection. I’m always looking for those little moments that tell you something about the people in the photograph. The image matters, but the emotion behind it matters even more.
No posing all day. Just enjoy your wedding.
You don’t need to know how to pose, and you certainly don’t need to spend your wedding performing for a camera. I’ll gently guide you when needed, especially for your couple photographs, but otherwise I’ll be quietly watching and capturing what happens naturally. I’m only five foot two, so I’m pretty good at being discreet! 😉
I’ll look for the light, the connections and the moments you might not even notice yourself. My work in phototherapy has also made me particularly attentive to people, memories and emotion. I don’t want to create a perfect version of your wedding. I want to photograph how it actually felt: the champagne, the hugs, the laughter, the people you love and all the unexpected moments. You live it. I’ll photograph it!

Do you speak fluent English?
Yes. I’m bilingual in French and English and work comfortably in both languages throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
Where do you travel?
Throughout South-West France, including the French Pyrenees, Occitanie, Dordogne, Bordeaux, Gers, the Basque Country and beyond.
Do you photograph elopements?
Absolutely! Whether it’s just the two of you in the mountains or a small gathering of close family, intimate weddings are among my favourite celebrations to photograph.

Yes! I’m always happy to share trusted venues, florists, celebrants and accommodation to help make planning easier.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book between 12 and 18 months in advance, especially for summer weddings.
